I’m so proud to share that Andrews McMeel Publishing is releasing a new and improved version of my book, The ABCs of Self Love, on January 4th, 2022.
In some ways, this is the third edition of The ABCs. What started as a newsletter series in the summer of 2018 evolved into a book in November of 2018 - The ABCs of Self Love that we’ve collectively learned together. But just as the world changed over the past year, it was time for this book to change, too: to evolve beyond a black and white workbook, into a fully illustrated guided journal that inspires the true you to take its rightful place at the center of your life.
Everything you love about The ABCs of Self Love remains the same: 26 chapters in alphabetical order, each exploring a central tenant of self love. But this time, there is beautiful, colorful typography and illustrations by my immensely talented design partner Leanne Aranador, as well as expanded journal prompts and new exercises to bring your self love to life every day.
If this book is a testament to anything, it’s that you don’t have to wait for perfection to follow your dreams. If I had waited for the perfect version of this book, I would never have published it by myself back in 2018, or had the courage to ask my publisher to take a chance on me and publish it again in 2022. Self love gives you the courage to bet on yourself, today. I hope this book gives you the education, resources and inspiration you need to joyfully start or continue your self love journey.
