Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
All jewelry items are made-to-order specifically for each customer and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are happy to offer Kover Return Assurance as an option during checkout if you wish to have the opportunity to return your purchase.
Kover Return Assurance Policy
Get peace of mind while shopping when you add Kover Return Assurance.
You’ll have the option to return eligible items by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.
The item(s) must be new, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your package.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $20 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
Once your jewelry purchase is put into production, it is no longer eligible for cancelation. If you email us and your jewelry purchase has not been put into production yet, it is eligible for cancelation.
Damaged / Defective Items
Quality is extremely important to us, so if your jewelry is damaged or defective upon arrival we are happy to fix or replace it for you. To initiate this process, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your package. If it is indeed defective, we will ship you a replacement ring (with the same specifications) free of charge. Keep in mind that you must return the defective ring in its original packaging. If we determine the ring has been worn, it is not eligible for replacement.
Fred and Far is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping issues, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange of any item that does not meet these requirements.
If a defective item is returned according to our terms above, and cannot be replaced, we will issue a full refund.
