30 Day Self Love Challenge:
- Buy yourself flowers
- Go sugar-free for the day
- Write down five concrete goals for the month
- Cook or try a new kind of food
- Give yourself a facial (sheet mask anyone?)
- Revisit a favorite childhood hobby
- Go for a walk and listen to your favorite album in full
- Don’t eat lunch at your desk
- Clean out a junk drawer
- Watch a TED talk
- Write down five things that make you happy #myhappylist
- Spend at least one hour in nature (hike, bike, walk, swim!)
- Take the scenic route home
- Go to bed early, or sleep in if you can (get some extra zzzz’s)
- Take a bath with candles, bubbles or a bath bomb
- Visit a bookstore, explore and pick up a new book
- Invite friends over for a game night in your PJ’s
- Doodle, draw or make a piece of art
- Write down five things you’re grateful for
- Take a dance class
- Unplug from your phone for the day
- Donate at least five pieces of clothing you haven’t worn for a year
- Make a vision board
- Listen to a new podcast
- Write a letter to your younger self
- Splurge on some body lotion and use it
- Do a random act of kindness
- Call a friend or family member and tell him/her how you feel
- Stretch for 30 minutes
- Write down five affirmations and affix them to your mirror
