30 Day Self Love Challenge

Make Self Love and Self Care part of your daily routine with our 30 Day Self Love Challenge. You can try these challenges in order, or mix it up! Share your daily challenges on social media to create accountability for yourself and to inspire your friends to join you by starting their own self love journeys. Make sure to use the hashtag #fredandfar and tag us so we can root you on every step of the way.

30 Day Self Love Challenge:

  1. Buy yourself flowers
  2. Go sugar-free for the day
  3. Write down five concrete goals for the month
  4. Cook or try a new kind of food
  5. Give yourself a facial (sheet mask anyone?)
  6. Revisit a favorite childhood hobby
  7. Go for a walk and listen to your favorite album in full
  8. Don’t eat lunch at your desk
  9. Clean out a junk drawer
  10. Watch a TED talk
  11. Write down five things that make you happy #myhappylist
  12. Spend at least one hour in nature (hike, bike, walk, swim!)
  13. Take the scenic route home
  14. Go to bed early, or sleep in if you can (get some extra zzzz’s)
  15. Take a bath with candles, bubbles or a bath bomb
  16. Visit a bookstore, explore and pick up a new book
  17. Invite friends over for a game night in your PJ’s
  18. Doodle, draw or make a piece of art
  19. Write down five things you’re grateful for
  20. Take a dance class
  21. Unplug from your phone for the day
  22. Donate at least five pieces of clothing you haven’t worn for a year
  23. Make a vision board
  24. Listen to a new podcast
  25. Write a letter to your younger self
  26. Splurge on some body lotion and use it
  27. Do a random act of kindness
  28. Call a friend or family member and tell him/her how you feel
  29. Stretch for 30 minutes
  30. Write down five affirmations and affix them to your mirror
