Mash avocado, and mix all of the ingredients together until smooth. Brush the mask on your face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Each of these ingredients plays a special role in this face mask: avocado moisturizes and heals acne, honey is an anti-oxidant that reduces inflammation, and yogurt restores the natural skin barrier, brightens, and gives you an unmistakable glow. Pro tip? Make some extra for a smoothie.

Beat eggs until frothy and add lemon juice. Apply to hair and scalp evenly. Cover with a shower cap and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with COLD water (prevents the egg from clumping). Shampoo and condition for luscious hair. Sure, the thought of putting eggs in your hair may give you pause, but the results will turn you into a believer. Lemon kills the scent, so not to worry. Even after one egg white hair mask treatment you'll notice your hair is shinier.

Mix ingredients together until they're evenly distributed. Gently rub the mixture all over your body. Leave on for a few minutes and then rinse off. Coffee is a great, natural exfoliator because it promotes exfoliation and is an antioxidant, which is key for healthy, youthful skin.

Pour one cup of epsom salt into a warm bath along with a few drops of your favorite essential oil for a rejuvinating, aromatic bath. Contrary to its name, epsom salt isn't actually salt at all: its magnesium sulfate. Magnesium plays an essential role in relaxing your muscles, reducing stress, boosting serotonin, alleviating headaches, and promoting sleep, which is why an Epsom salt bath before bed is so effective. All it takes is 15 minutes for you to feel the benefits.
